How to Participate
Eligibility
- You must be registered for the OILS25 conference.
- Submissions should align with the broad scope of the conference: life science research, innovation or open science.
Submission Details
- All abstracts must be submitted via the google form linked on our website
- Abstracts will be reviewed and accepted if they meet the above criteria.
- Indicate your interest in the 7-minute pitch session during registration and submission.
Pitch Format
- Talk: 7-minute pitch + 3 minutes Q&A
- Presentation: PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, or PDF

Research focus, challenge, importance, field fit, current status, future advancements, and collaborations.
